• This product is 100% handcrafted and will have its own unique characteristic. Natural imperfections such as wood knots, natural cracks, nicks or different grains add to this one of a kind piece. Your item will resemble the picture listed above as close as possible. However, because we hand finish each of our designs, no two will be alike. They will not look exactly the same, and this is why we love them so much!
• All of our products are hand cut in our home, and we try our best to make sure the size matches the description of the product. It is possible that the product is 1/8”-1/4” off from the dimensions we have mentioned, so we ask to please understand if your product doesn’t have the exact dimensions from the product details.
• When entering your shipping information, please make sure your shipping address is correct or if it’s a gift, that you have the correct address to whom we will be sending the gift. Etsy does not allow us to update shipping addresses once a purchase is completed. We are not responsible for packages being undelivered due to incorrect addresses. We are not responsible for items that may be damaged or destroyed in transit.
